When bringing in your device for repair, it will be checked in. Once checked in, it will enter the repair queue. You will receive status updates along the way and notified when it is ready for pick up. Out-of-warranty repairs will require a diagnostic fee due at check-in (see below).

Back up your computer (if possible) before you bring it in.
We know how important your data is to you. It is also important to us, and we will do everything possible to protect your data. If you suspect a problem with your drive, bring the back-up drive in with your computer.
What you need to bring.
In most cases, only the computer is necessary for evaluation, unless an accessory is related to the problem you are experiencing. With a laptop or external hard drive, we recommend bringing in your power adapter. We will also need a username and password, with admin rights for the computer, in order to perform most repairs.

Diagnostics with Data Recovery Attempt $200.00 (Required if the drive has 10 or more bad sectors)
Diagnostic fees for TIER ONE REPAIRS will be applied towards the repair. TIER ONE REPAIRS include: Hard Drive Replacements without Data Recovery Attempt • Memory Upgrades • Screen Replacements • OS Reinstall • Malware/Virus Removal • iPad Repairs • Battery Replacement
In-Shop (1/2 hour minimum) $120.00/hour
Advanced Data Recovery Quoted After Diagnostics
Pickup/Delivery $70.00
On-Site $140.00/hour (1 hour minimum + $70.00 travel fee)
Ohio sales tax will be charged on parts and labor used in a repair unless a current Ohio Sales Tax Exemption Form is on file with us.
