Please note that we are able to provide same day battery replacement on select model iPhones based on part availability and assuming the battery is the only issue with the phone. If you provide us your serial number (open the Settings app then tap General then tap About) we can determine which battery you need and set it aside if we have it in stock.

We recommend backing up your iPhone before service. Be sure you know your Apple ID and password.
Before we can start any repair, Find My iPhone MUST be disabled.
This is Apple’s requirement, not ours. This needs to be done before coming into QuadStar. If your screen is working enough that you can disable it directly from your phone, that works best. If not, you will need to remove the phone from your iCloud account using a computer. If you run into problems, Apple support is the only one that has access to your account and the ability to help you. If you want to confirm that Find My iPhone is disabled, please send us your serial number and we will confirm it before you come in. Is your iPhone covered by AppleCare+?
Not sure if you’re covered? Check if you have AppleCare+ coverage by entering your iPhone serial number.
If your iPhone has any damage that impairs the replacement of the battery, such as a cracked screen, that issue will need to be resolved prior to the battery replacement. In some cases, there may be a cost associated with the repair.
If you don’t have an AppleCare+ plan, you’ll pay the out-of-warranty fee. The repair pricing in this chart applies only to battery replacement.
